YVES 100% ORGANIC ARGAN COOKING OIL 250 ml

€2700

Our culinary argan cooking oil is 100% pure and cold extracted exclusively through mechanical processes, made with great respect for nature and a passion for artisanal traditions.

YVES argan oil preserves all the values of fatty acids as well as the natural and authentic vitamins. To extract the edible argan oil, the argan almonds are first lightly roasted before being pressed.
Roasting gives argan oil its dark color and nutty taste.

Rich in vitamin E and oil-linoleic fats, our YVES argan cooking oil contains 80% unsaturated fatty acids and therefore has a positive effect on cholesterol levels.

250 ml light-protected glass bottle

Healthy fatty acids
Argan oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, especially monounsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid. These fatty acids can help regulate cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Antioxidants
Argan oil contains a high concentration of antioxidants, especially vitamin E. Antioxidants protect the body from free radical damage, which can lead to chronic diseases and premature aging.

Nutrient rich
Argan oil also contains other important nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid and various minerals. These nutrients contribute to overall health and well-being.

The taste
Argan oil has a characteristic nutty taste that adds a special touch to many dishes. It is suitable as a dressing for salads, as a dip for bread or as a refinement for various dishes.

Characteristics
The tocopherols contained in argan oil, which strengthen the immune system, can have a cancer-preventing effect. In some types of cancer, the sterols extracted from argan oil can even support healing. Argan oil can have a positive effect on blood sugar levels and blood pressure, and can even protect against diabetes. The Moroccan Berbers also know about the healing powers of argan oil. They use it, for example, to treat stomach and intestinal problems, heart and circulatory diseases, skin diseases such as neurodermatitis and acne and to treat sunburn. However, argan oil is also considered effective for rheumatism, joint pain, hay fever and allergies.

versatility
Argan oil is used in the kitchen for cold and hot dishes. Due to its high smoke point, argan oil is also suitable for frying at higher temperatures. Suitable for fish and meat dishes, salad dressings, spicy sauces, cookies and cakes.
It is recommended to add a dash of argan oil at the end of the cooking process to refine the food. This especially applies to grilling meat, fish or seafood.
However, it is important to choose high quality, cold-pressed and unroasted argan oil to reap its full benefits. The oil should be stored cool and away from light to maintain its quality.
