Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, chili, pepper, thyme, parsley, nutmeg, caraway, turmeric, cassia cinnamon, ginger, allspice berries, onion, mustard seeds, garlic, cardamom, bay leaves, rock salt... This blend with a special flair gives poultry, meat, and vegetable dishes a wonderful, typically African taste. Also great with rice dishes.
